Hi, I’m Sri! I consider myself a creative, curious, and open guy who loves good discussion and is a good listener. I’m looking for a lifelong partner (in thought, crime, and love). I’ve worked as a startup founder and research engineer at Big Tech in the past. I’m currently on sabbatical to figure out how I want to show up next.
My most deeply held value is that the act of creation is magic and ****I marvel at the ability to create things from thin air. This pervades every hobby I have from coding, playing piano/guitar, and cooking. I especially believe in computing as a creative medium for self-expression and self-actualization. Incidentally, I co-host a niche podcast about the future of software which has some very passionate fans (But you wouldn’t know them. They all go to a different school.)
If you come over to my place, I’d love to cook for you. As a radically subversive act against stereotypes, I rarely cook Indian food (OK fine, it’s mostly a skill issue). But I make great Mediterranean food and Neapolitan pizza. Here’s a menu I served for a Silk Road themed dinner party.
